- Refund Admin Fee: may apply where refunds are permitted by Fare Rules or supplier terms, in addition to airline, hotel, consolidator, or other supplier penalties and any third-party costs. We may waive this fee at our discretion in supplier-caused cases.
- Other service fees (if applicable) for post-booking support, changes, corrections, or exceptional handling will be communicated before actioning.
6) Crypto payments
- Irreversibility: Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Verify the network and address before paying.

- Under/over-payment: If underpaid due to fees, slippage, or network conditions, we may request a top-up before confirmation. Over-payments may be refunded less applicable network fees.

- Supported assets only: Pay only with the currencies and networks shown at checkout. Using an unsupported asset or network may result in loss of funds.
7) Customer responsibilities
- Ensure names, dates, room details, guest counts, and other booking information are correct before confirming; post-booking changes may incur supplier charges plus our admin fee where applicable.
- For flights, check passport validity, visas (including transit visas), entry restrictions, and health requirements for all destinations and connections.
- Allow adequate time for check-in, security, immigration, and arrival requirements, and monitor your email, supplier messages, or airline apps for updates.
- Self-transfer & separate tickets: If your journey relies on separate tickets, missed connections are not protected by airlines.
- Hotel stay requirements: You are responsible for reviewing room policies, occupancy rules, local tax requirements, and any supplier-specific conditions before confirming.
8) Cancellations, changes & refunds
- Voluntary cancellation: Unless stated otherwise at booking, travel services may be non-refundable. If a booking is refundable, any refund is calculated under the relevant Fare Rules or supplier terms and is subject to supplier penalties and our applicable Admin Fee. The 10% Service Charge is non-refundable.
- Date/time or booking changes: Only if permitted by Fare Rules or supplier terms; subject to supplier charges and our Admin Fee. Any fare, rate, or price difference applies.
- Airline- or supplier-initiated changes/cancellations: We will inform you using your provided contact details and assist with options offered by the airline, hotel, or consolidator. Any refund will follow supplier rules. Our Admin Fee may apply; we may waive it at our discretion.
- Timelines: Refund processing is supplier-dependent. Typical airline refund timeframes may be 6-12 weeks from submission, but some suppliers may take longer. Payment-network and processing timelines may add delays.
9) Schedule changes & EC261/UK261 (informational)
Rights for denied boarding, long delay, or cancellation are determined by the operating carrier under EC261/UK261 or other applicable laws. Airlines decide eligibility and remedies (refund, reroute, or compensation). We will help you communicate with the airline but do not control those decisions.
10) Liability limitation
- We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by airlines, hotels, airports, border agencies, payment providers, or other third parties.
- Our maximum aggregate liability related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking.
11) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, political events, sanctions changes, supplier system failures, or air traffic control decisions.
12) Fraud checks, KYC/AML & sanctions
- We may conduct identity and sanctions screening and request additional documents. If you do not cooperate or do not pass checks, we may cancel a booking and refund in line with the applicable supplier rules and payment position.
- We may cancel any booking we consider fraudulent or suspicious and may involve law enforcement as required.
13) Ancillaries & special requests
Seat assignments, baggage, meals, assistance, bedding preferences, special requests, and other ancillaries are not guaranteed until confirmed by the relevant supplier; some may need to be arranged directly with the airline or hotel after booking.
