These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made through Crypto Travel (“we”, “our”, “us”). By making a booking, you (“the customer”, “passenger”, “traveller”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
1) Our role
We act as an online travel agency, connecting you with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers. Your contract for carriage is with the airline(s) named on your ticket, not with us. We are not responsible for the actual operation of flights or other services.
2) Accuracy of information
While we strive to ensure all details are correct at the time of display, flight times, prices, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, cancel unconfirmed bookings, or offer alternatives.
3) Booking & payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are displayed in the chosen currency; for crypto payments, the rate is fixed at checkout.
- Crypto payments are irreversible — refunds, if applicable, will be issued at our discretion in GBP or equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of refund (not at the original exchange rate).
- We reserve the right to refuse a booking at our sole discretion.
4) Passenger responsibility
- Ensure all passenger details are correct before confirming your booking. Changes after ticketing may incur airline fees plus our admin fee.
- Check passport validity, visa requirements, entry restrictions, and health regulations for all destinations.
- Arrive at the airport in good time and meet the airline’s check-in and boarding requirements.
- Monitor your email for schedule change notifications.
5) Cancellations, changes & refunds
- All tickets are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.
- Date and time changes are permitted only if allowed by the airline’s fare rules and are subject to airline charges plus our admin fee.
- If a schedule change or cancellation is made by the airline, we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details provided.
- We are not liable for costs arising from airline changes, cancellations, or delays, including missed connections or onward travel.
6) Schedule changes
Airlines may alter flight times or routes without notice. It is your responsibility to check your flight status and reconfirm directly with the airline where necessary. We accept no responsibility for losses due to last-minute changes.
7) Liability limitation
- We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any airline, airport, or third-party provider.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.
8) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control including but not limited to strikes, weather, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or air traffic control decisions.
9) Special requests
Any special requests (e.g., seating, meals) are passed to the airline but are not guaranteed.
10) Fraud prevention & security
We reserve the right to cancel any booking we believe to be fraudulent or suspicious. Transactions may be subject to additional verification.
11) Data protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12) Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
13) Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and will take immediate effect.
